Terms of Service
| • | Our salon is smoke-free. |
| • | We welcome all children accompanied by an adult. Due to insurance purposes, no children are allowed in the salon who are not supervised. |
| • | Prices and hours are subject to change. |
| • | A 24 hour cancellation notice is requested for all appointments. |
| • | We do ask that a credit card is used to secure your appointment. If less than 24 a 24 hours cancellation notice is given we will change your credit card half of the service price. If there is no previous cancellation, you will be charged full price of the services. |
| • | Please help us keep our schedule and yours by being on time for your services (allow 15 min. prior to your scheduled appointment.) |
| • | We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon. |
| • | Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards are accepted. |
| • | Gratuities are not included in any services or Gift Certificates. |
| • | Gift Certificates are non-refundable. |
| • | If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would simply like a fresh point of view, please let us know. We are a professional team, and are pleased to have clients serviced by any of our teammates. And most of all, "Thank You" for your patronage and please let us know how we can better serve you. |
