How do I make an appointment?
The best way to make an appointment at orrell design is by calling and speaking with one of our qualified front desk associates. Please call us at 336-273-0025 for availability.

 

How far in advance should I make an appointment?
We recommend 1-2 weeks although we do sometimes have same day appointments available. We recommend rebooking at the time of checkout to ensure you receive the day and time you are looking for. Our staff has a large loyal following, which can make it difficult to schedule an appointment without advanced notice.

 

What happens if I am late?
We do understand that things happen. If you are going to be late please call us to see if a few minutes late will be a problem. If you are going to be more then 10 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule. We will try our best to accommodate you if possible. When necessary we will shorten the service time. You will be charged for the full service – not the time spent with you.

 

What if my therapist is running late?
We try our best to stick to our schedule, but occasionally a client might need a little more attention. Please understand if this happens, this will not affect your service. If you are on a time restraint please notify us of that at arrival.

 

Can I request a male or female for my service?
Yes. All of our therapists are NC licensed therapist. We want you to be comfortable with the services you receive as well as with the provider you receive them from. Please let us know what we can do to make you comfortable.

 

If my therapist is booked, may I try someone else?
We feel our business is based on relationships between you and your service provider. As a team we are happy to consult with one another and share client formulas when necessary for a client's service. If for some reason you are not happy with a service or available appointment please call us and let us know. We want to be sure you are happy with your service. We have several service providers with different personalities and training. If one doesn't work for you please allow us to offer someone else to you.

 

Do you offer any discounts?
We offer monthly specials as well as specials available only to our Elite Customer Members. We offer new clients 10% off spa services when booked with your first hair service. We also offer a $5 discount on any two spa services over $25 when preformed during the same appointment.

 

What is your Elite Customer Program?
Our Elite Customer Program is available for a small membership fee each year. Membership in this program allows you added discounts on services each month, 5% rebate on all products purchased through orrell design and many other great benefits.
